Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from SPS North America, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of customer receipt, if the product is still new, undamaged, and in its original unused condition.  No refunds will be issued for kits or propellers unless the propeller’s tamper-proof zip tie remains intact.  There will be no refunds for any reason beyond this 14 day period.  Merchandise returned without a return authorization may or may not receive a refund. This decision is solely on our behalf.  All parts returned without a return authorization number will become the property of SPS North America, Inc.   There is a NO RETURN policy for USED PARTS.  All return shipping and insurance expenses to the Swamp Runner facility are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Returns Instructions

  • Email us (do not call) to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping.
  • Pack the item well to prevent damage.
  • Include a copy of your receipt and a note with your name, shipping address, telephone number, return authorization number, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Upon proper return of any new, unused, undamaged items, SPS North America will issue a refund or credit to the buyer within 5 business days of receipt.
SPS North America is not responsible for damage caused to products during return shipping, so please remember to insure your return. 

RESTOCKING FEES

All kits returned that were originally purchased by US Postal Service Money Order will incur a 4% restocking fee to cover our repackaging expenses.

Beginning May 7th, 2019, for all KIT returns that were originally purchased with a credit card or Paypal, we are forced to charge an additional 3%, for a total restocking fee of 7%. For all OTHER returns originally purchased with a credit card or Paypal, a 3% restocking fee will be charged.

WHY A RESTOCKING FEE?

We have been forced to make this change in our return policy due to unfair practices implemented by credit card processors.

As a merchant, we have always been charged a 3% fee by the credit card processor for every sales transaction.  In the past, when a refund was processed to a customer’s credit card, the transaction fee originally paid by the merchant to the processor was returned to the merchant. 

Beginning May 7th, 2019, when a refund to a customer’s card is processed, we (the merchant) will no longer be refunded the transaction fee we originally paid the processor for handling the initial sales transaction.
